Roles & Responsibilities:? Lead the development of strategic project plans for manufacturing and operational activities,aligning with the long-term goals of the company.? Maintain SAP master planning data, Routings and BOM?s? Calculate order lead times, optimize resource allocation strategies and report on productioncapacity.? Conduct regular project reviews and proactively address project risks.? Implement advanced scheduling techniques using SAP to enhance efficiency and improveplanning.? Ensure that technical specifications, quality plans and customer requirements are effectivelyincorporated into the planning process.? Calculate accurate cost estimates for projects, monitor actual costs and initiate costimprovement projects.? Ensure the meticulous maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules,resource allocations, and reports.? Work with Sales team to incorporate forecasts into material planning function.? Provide mentorship and training to junior planning engineers, conduct knowledge-sharingsessions, and contribute to the continuous learning culture.? Ensure HSE compliance and collaborate with HSE team to address and mitigate project-relatedsafety concerns.
