Create and manage a detailed shutdown plan and schedule from worklist, identifying critical path activities and manpower requirements.
Early identification of schedule risk and collaborating with plan stakeholders to mitigate identified risks.
In conjunction with the onshore and offshore asset teams, ensure that key pre and post shutdown activities are correctly reflected in the asset plans.
Ensure work packs / scopes of work and materials are suitably challenged and accurately captured in the shutdown plan.
Identify improvements to the shutdown and planning process.
Coordinate with plan stakeholders to identify support requirements for optimised planning of activities and execution of associated work scopes.
Chair planning meetings to discuss current and upcoming shutdown activities, discussing planning issues and updating the shutdown plan accordingly.
