Conduct design reviews and infra- for TPQ buildings and retail shops and ensure that these Properties meet the project vision while adhering to local regulations and applicable standards.
Monitor all mechanical consultants to ensure that designs and technical drawings are aligned with the approved designs.
Review and ensure materials submitted by Contractors are aligned with TPQ specifications.
Ensure that all approved As Built drawings, O&M manuals and testing & commissioning reports for TPQ buildings are submitted by contractors prior issuing TOC (taking over certificate).
Witness and ensure compliance of Black out tests / Cause and Effect matrix tests for buildings prior issuing of TOC.
Participate in workshops prior to starting buildings designs.
High technical knowledge in trouble shooting for any complexity of electromechanical problems.
Decision making for solution for any technical problem with low-cost impact.
Conduct site visits and collaborate with project teams in identifying technical issues, solving project implementation technical issues.
Oversee all mechanical activities and manage the various stages of the design process.
Monitor construction progress and ensure that it?s aligned with technical drawings.
Ensure coordination between mechanical, electrical and architecture to carry out required modifications.
