Sr. Lead EstimatorJob Location : QatarRequirements :?At Least 8 year of experience (Middle East preferably) with hands-on involvement in commercial & Quantity Surveying practices on large interior fit out projects?Bachelor or higher Degree in Quantity Surveying / Bachelor in Civil Engineering?Able to multi task, in particular managing and delivering multiple tenders?Accurate measurement and billing of tender information?Able to identify and evaluate risks?Proven planning and process management skills?Knowledge of different procurement routes, particularly design and build?A confident professional manner?Advanced knowledge of AUTO CAD and MS Office CCS (Candy) is highly preferred?Excellent Communication Skills?Driving License is an added advantage?Good organisation skills
