Oversees softscape work ie plant material inspections.
Reviews shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups in related to hardscape and softscape.
Ensures and monitors all materials, equipment, manpower and plant are available at the site.
Checks all material deliveries for quantity control and approval of delivery notes.
Liaise with draftsman for preparation of landscaping as-built drawings.
Conduct site inspections and supervise landscape activities ensuring it complies within the timeline cost constraints and projects specifications.
Frequently inspect the progress of ongoing site works on a frequent basis to ensure timely and proper completion of site work.
Liaise with QA/QC Department to ensure all inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with the project quality plan and ITP
Provide constructive and effective support to Project Manager and for all aspects of soft landscaping.
Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in day-to-day site activities and resolving any technical issues.
Coordinates with the Project Manager of any future potential problems.
