Roles & Responsibilities:? Prepare and review estimations and costing? Support internal sales support team in Techno-commercial offer preparations? Accountable for actual execution to be in line with estimation for all the orders.? Achieve set target for conversion rate and Gross margins.? Review the technical and commercial part of the commercial enquiry / estimation? Check if the requirements are new, or already existing Items, and coordinate with EngineeringDepartment/Quality accordingly? Assist the reporting hierarchy in setting Revenue forecasts & targets for the company? Support commercial team in estimation, bid preparation, commercial transactions, collection,and all commercial aspects when appropriate.? Assess commercial risks and consider appropriate risk mitigation solutions to prevent anypotential impact on tender and contract delivery program.? Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidate tender documents formanagement review and approval.? Present during monthly management meetings to discuss/ assess tenders and presents aspectsrelated to tenders (risk factors, bid decisions, all issues and concerns related to tenders).? Prepare the costing Sheet using efficient cost methodologies and tools? Follow a consistent pricing strategy meeting the department objective? Review the PO by Clients and forward to Engineering Department for Item coding? Support operations in post award issues and ensure smooth transition of contract requirementsand understanding? Ensure on-time delivery of bids with full compliance to customers? requirements
