Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an effective and innovative fashion
Oversee and coordinate daily operations
Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies
Assess and report progress in meeting department objectives
Develop accurate costs to complete estimates and percent complete evaluations. Understand and report on the cash flow position of the project.
Prepare, review and analyze job cost reporting to assist project teams in understanding project cost details, project charges, and other project accounting issues.
Track, monitor, and report planned budgets/forecast vs. actual spend. Provide variance explanations and possible recovery plan actions.
? Follow up the Project Budget
? Obtain the budget costs of system, assemblies, equipment, materials and labor.
? Preparation of a Budgeting and Cost Management Plan including updates
? Establishing the cost centers and cost codes for the Project
