Nair Systems is currently looking Sr. Consultant CSM Onsite Support for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE• Minimum of eight years of Level 3/TAC level of support experience with debugging, diagnosing and troubleshooting skillsets of the domains listed• Level 3 experience with NOC Monitoring tools Such as OBM, NNMi, APM, SiteScope, SolarWinds, Zabbix• Application Maintenance of Microfocus Applications (OpsBridge, NNMi, Network Automation, OPTIC Reporting Etc).• Level 3 Experience in OBM/OMi, NNMi, iSPIs, OPTIC, OBR, APM, SiteScope, Network Automation, Service Manager, BVD, UCMDB, BPM &RUM• Scripting/Programming on PERL, SHELL, VB, PowerShell, Kusto, Python• Databases Experience in MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase IQ, Postgres, Vertica• Well-versed with networking tools such as traffic generators, analysers, etc.• Application Fine Tuning and Enhancement (Especially NNMi, Ops Bridge & OBR, NPS, BVD, Site scope, Airwave etc)• Experience of managing technical resources onsite and coordination between customer and the delivery team.• Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with internal/external senior level business stakeholders.• ITIL Awareness• High level of IT literacy.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION• BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.• Flexibility in work hours when needed.Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
