Job Description

SCOPEThe overall scope of the incumbent is to ensure all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.OVERALL OBJECTIVESIncumbent in this position is responsible to carry out the daily maintenance and repair work including of maintaining tools and equipment as per the standards.The job of Painter is executed satisfactorily when:

  • There are no serious incidents or accidents.
  • There are no downtimes
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accident prevention and safety.
  • Comply with all Kempinski company policies.
  • To carry out all paintwork within the confines of the hotel or furniture, equipment, walls, floors as directed.
  • To perform paintwork on interior and exterior building walls.
  • To assist the carpenter in the preparation of furniture for polishing work and the execution of such work.
  • To perform minor repairs to wall plaster and renderings, cracks, etc. required in preparation for the paint job
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
