Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely and quickly clean all assigned windows, inside and out
  • Use a variety of tools and techniques to clean different types of windows
  • Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as needed
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Report any damage or repair needs to supervisor
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately
  • Adhere to schedules and deadlines
  • Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
  • Upsell additional services when possible
  • Train new employees as needed
