Moreover, thanks to its strategic partnerships with top global players, Elegancia Healthcare is now at the forefront of the industry.Job purpose: The Systems Admin is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and support of IT infrastructure including the cloud infrastructure. (S)He is expected to follow the best practices for maintaining high level of availability and security of IT systems while controlling the cost at the optimal level.Main tasks and responsibilities (the position exist to perform the below tasks and essential activities) 

• Design and review of the hospital datacenter, cloud infrastructure (Azure and GCP), Hyper-converged infrastructure, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Database (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), SaaS and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Work with the applications vendors on the requirement for each application, discuss the design and technologies used and recommend the best balance between availability requirement, availability, manageability, and cost.
• Monitor the health of the environment and responds to alerts on resource usage or availability.
• Perform regular maintenance including backup, patching and follow best practices.
• Monitor the consumption of cloud services and decommission unneeded resources.
• Report actual, forecasted and trend cloud consumption to the leadership and recommends actions to improve it.
• Report the status of the systems to the management and recommends actions to improve it.
• Help in organization and management of clinical and business applications.
• Follows best practices in liaison with the IT security department to assure the security and protection of all systems.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel and provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Monitor, control, and report key performance indicators related to the department, to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate and report on new/emerging server/storage/cloud technologies to enhance capacity, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the departments short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the divisions strategic priorities and contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE&E and QM policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service standards and a responsible environmental attitude.
