Job SummaryThe Spa Therapist is responsible for providing provide professional wellness therapies, beauty treatments and massage treatments to Spa clients. This role also ensures that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.˙ The Spa Therapists responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests? needs.Job Responsibilities 1* Performs different spa services such as body treatments, massages, hair removals, facials, pedicure and manicure* Manages the working equipment and sample inventory of products* Manages client files* Manages and keep the room cleaned and stocked* Resolves guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor* Performs upselling when appropriate and suggests treatments to customers based on their needs* Ensures adherence to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations* Ensures to keeps up to date with latest trends and best practices.Job Responsibilities 2Additional Responsibilities 3Job Knowledge & Skills? Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.? Experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, hair removal and other face and body beauty treatments? Extensive knowledge and experience of deep meditation and relaxation?
