Job Description

Job Purpose:To prepare design, cost estimation and quotation as per the project requirements.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex problems by designing or modifying technology architecture and testing the integration between different systems
  • All AV Systems Design (Main KPI)
  • Assist (Pre-sales) with Tenders, RFQ?s, Estimations, Technical Clarifications, etc
  • Conduct site visits with PM?s, Sales, OPS, Maintenance & whenever required
  • Liaise with all Vendors/Manufacturers/Contractors/etc for specific products as per RFQ?s/Tenders/etc.
  • Liaise with the OPS Dept for any technical or installation methodologies
  • Screens, AV, Smart wall, LED display Systems will be the main projects worked on
  • Prepare System design depending on clients˙specification/ requirement
  • Recommend necessary system that best suites customers need and as per the local and international standards
  • Prepare costing and proposal
  • Prepare design/Autocad Drawings
  • Prepare power point presentation for client/consultants/contractors
  • Make sure that the company and the client must always benefit positively and effectively on the services offered and must be provided
  • Combination of technology and commercial strategy
  • Coordinate with , Consultants, Sub-contractors for better understanding of the system and eventually provide a better solution for the system required
  • Initiate site surveys, meeting for proper system design
  • Tender evaluation and preparation
  • Material procurement/outsourcing
  • Ensure the implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), in the department / functions
  • Ensure the maintenance and evaluation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management Systems
  • Report the performance of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment to the Superior for review and improvements
