Job Description

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of thesocialmediamarketing roadmap.Socialmediaspecialistsshould have a solid understanding of how eachsocialmediachannel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You areresponsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of thebrand and ?soft selling? theproduct by providing support to current and prospective customers.Responsibilities

  • Build and executesocialmediastrategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company?ssocialcontent
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriatesocialdata/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Work on a wide range of projects andmedia, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
  • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
  • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
  • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
