About TaqniaA very small operation team in Qatar of 4 employees, running the company with hard work and dedication. Our team is made of a project manager, social media specialist, project coordinator and a 4 graphic designers. The design and technical team are operating online and the project coordinator and manager will manage the technical team online.Your Requirements:? Must be an Arabic speaker??Experience?in social media?management?and running promotion?campaigns? Knowledge of google ads techniques and email marketing :

  • Creating consistent, related content on the social media platform, including writing and editing social media posts, caption content and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Organizing all the content in an organized table including the purpose, design sentence, caption content and the time and date of posting.
  • Sharing the content plan with the client and consider doing any required modifications.
  • Share the plan with the graphic designer to start working on the designs and will coordinate with the designer online to work on the designs according to the marketing plan and direction.
  • Post the designs on social media platform according to the plan date and time.
  • Consider adding the correct hashtags to the posts and monitor them to make sure that posts are getting enough reach.
  • Will manage the page during the period, respond to clients inquires, messages and comments.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Using analytical tools such as Facebook Insights and Instagram Insights to monitor and evaluate the company?s social media presence and performance.
  • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing plan.
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Performing other duties when needed.
