Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless integration across different marketing campaigns.
Handle any social media crises or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner, taking appropriate steps to mitigate damage to the brands reputation.
Continuously test new ideas, formats, and innovative tactics to enhance social media performance and keep both the agency and clients at the forefront of social media marketing.
