  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships to ensure maximum visibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Monitor online conversations and address any negative feedback or crises promptly and professionally.
  • Develop crisis communication plans and strategies to maintain the hotels positive online reputation.
