Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator & Designer to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through our social media accounts.You will develop and design original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. The position will require creativity, organization, and flexibility.Design Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging text, image, and video content
  • Design posts to sustain viewers? curiosity and create buzz around services
  • Oversee social media accounts? layout
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Other Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries (community management)
  • Measure traffic and monitor SEO
  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
