Lead and manage Security Operations Center<br /> Responsible for team management, personnel scheduling, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center.<br /> Primarily responsible for security event monitoring, management and response<br /> Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring<br /> Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives<br /> Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs<br /> Responsible for team & vendor management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center<br /> Supervise and Lead threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring<br /> Lead the integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM<br /> Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Sr. Mgmt.<br /> Co-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them<br /><br /><br />Requirements 3+ years managing a Security Operations Center<br /> In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices<br /> Knowledgeable in SOC advancements such as EDR, NDR and SOAR<br /> Thorough knowledge of SIEM technologies, like Splunk, Elastic, ArcSight or QRadar<br /> Experience in designing and building security operations centers<br /> Incident management process development and/or incident management experience<br /> 10+ years working within the Cyber security field, with emphasis on security operations, incident management, intrusion analysis<br /> Experience with security device installations, configuration and troubleshooting (e. g., firewall, IDS, etc.)<br /> SOC automation development and cloud operations Microsoft Azure experience<br /> Ability to lead and communicate efficiently within a team environment<br /> Advanced technical writing skill<br /><br /><br />
