Job Description

The Soap Maker position in Doha, Qatar, is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about crafting high-quality personal care products. This role involves the art and science of soap making, where creativity meets technical skill. The ideal candidate will contribute to the production of a variety of soaps, ensuring that each product meets the companys quality standards and customer expectations. With a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the chemicals or personal care industry, the Soap Maker will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, from formulation to packaging.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and formulate various soap recipes based on market trends and customer preferences.
  2. Operate and maintain soap-making equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  3. Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with the product development team to innovate new soap products.
  5. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of ingredients and formulations.
  6. Assist in training new staff on soap-making techniques and safety protocols.
  7. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and place orders as necessary.
  8. Ensure a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  9. Participate in product demonstrations and promotional events to showcase new soap lines.
  10. Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
