Carry out risk assessment of assets with team and identify need and modification required to manage assets?????? Ensure delivery of PS unit annual budget by undertaking all necessary activities to manage to programme timescales and deliverables?????? Collaborate with other Sections and Departments undertake all activities necessary to achieve DO&M KPIs?????? Prepare annual preventative maintenance schedules and submit for approval to Section Head?????? Review and approval Service Request Forms for corrective maintenance, review weekly, monthly and annul schedule update appropriately and allocate work as required for work on and off site?????? Ensure final inspections and testing prior to completion of service request order and new asset handover. ?Review and sign off daily worksheets and update work schedules as appropriate?????? Manage and respond/attend Emergency Breakdowns and take the appropriate action as required?????? Carry out site visits in order to assess and monitor running conditions of equipment that has been repaired and/or to make an assessment on whether a requested repair can be completed on site or will require to be sent to the Workshop?????? Work with all Sections in relation to installation of new equipment to ensure preventative scheduling is identified and schedule appropriately?????? Provide input for tender and work order specifications and work scope for contracting maintenance contracts. ?Review tender submissions and provide recommendations on technical aspects?????? Provide regular and, where required, ad hoc reports to the Section Head, identify key trends and issues and proactively use information to take action or make recommendations for action?????? Hold regular team meetings to engage staff with changes taking place and ensure relevant business performance information and expectations are shared?????? Undertake activities as assigned by the Section Head including attending or deputising at meetings. ?Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
