A reputable company in Qatar is seeking to hire a Site Architect.Main Duties:

Perform general architectural works including architectural and interior design, site visits and inspections;
Prepare related reports and maintains records per project on record and implemented;
Review all related drawings and information prepared and received prior implementation;
Notify GM/PM/Design Team of any discrepancies identified in the received instruction from site;
Make new proposals and/or modify existing drawings by 2D or sketches when necessary as technical reference of the solutions;
Manage the site as per design/construction reference, and raises RFIs and clarifications whenever necessary;
Ensure compliance with client requirements, applicable design and regulatory codes and standards;
Write construction/material specifications as reference for RFQs and MRs preparation;
Correlate work with other concerned departments and expertise for the correctness of instruction;
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
