Key ResponsibilitiesSHES Oversight:
Monitor and support contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to SHES plans and procedures.
Participate in daily safety meetings, including Toolbox Talks and Task Instructions, and coach teams on safety practices.
Safety Leadership:
Promote a strong safety culture aligned with client mission and values.
Lead safety awareness initiatives and support incident investigation programs like Observation & Intervention.
Compliance Monitoring:
Review contractor SHES plans and ensure site compliance with Site regulatory standards.
Verify and mentor SHES personnel to maintain high standards in safety performance.
Field Presence:
Maintain a visible and proactive presence in the field to promote safety and address any SHES-related concerns.
Support safety reviews, audits, and pre-startup safety assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and external regulatory bodies.
Facilitate communication and problem resolution to uphold SHES compliance.
