A SharePoint Developer needs to have a thorough understanding of SharePoint including how content should be structured and developing solutions in SharePoint. Also, Microsoft Technologies in general, especially the latest .NET framework, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular.JS, React.JS, ASP.NET Web API and SQL.?Responsibilities?? Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices to develop solutions to complex business problems. ? Ability to design, develop and maintain solutions for business stakeholders. ? Assists in gathering initial business requirements and testing. ? Develops business solutions using web UI and SharePoint tools. ? Implements SharePoint based workflows as well as designs and develops sites and content. ? Interacts directly with the business for development and troubleshooting. ? Works independently or as part of a team. ? Performs root cause analysis. ? Provides technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems.? ? Support existing on-prem and Office 365 applications by troubleshooting and identifying issues.? ? Provides advanced application development and technical support.? ? May work in a consulting capacity across multiple tasks or contracts.? ? Collaborates with graphic artists to develop web page graphics that support interactive, marketing-focused content.? ? Prepares functional specifications from which programs will be written, then designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs.? ? Provides the technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of website enhancements.? ? Oversees systems tests and monitors test results and corrective actions.? ? Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff and may have supervisory responsibilities.? ? Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.? ? Participates in special projects as required.Qualifications?? Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.?? Minimum 2-3 years? experience with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/online, SharePoint Designer, Web Parts and workflows.? Minimum 2-3 years? experience with HTML/HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, C#, SQL? Knowledge of software development phases including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and support.? Ability to work in a team environment and assist other team members in conveying information to business stakeholders. ? Good communication and organization skills. ? Good problem solving and analytical skills.? Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. ? UX Design experience, MS Flow, PowerApps, TypeScript and React.JS knowledge are a plus ? Microsoft SharePoint Certification is preferred.
