Enhancing school transport service delivery, negotiate service-level agreements, identify and address barriers to quality service and respond efficiently to specific customer concerns.

The incumbent will be responsible for boosting school transport services by ensuring a smooth delivery of top-notch school transport services that meet and exceed customer?s demand and expectations. This includes providing direction and guidance as needed, perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to service requirements, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties, proposing and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
