Job Description

  • Introduces accurate input of data related to stock entries and spare parts in the system;?
  • Prepares the P.O. for the suppliers;
  • Coordinates the delivery;
  • Open job carts in association with technicians & service advisors;?
  • Creates the job card invoices for the service section;
  • Prepares daily sales reports for the service section;
  • Administers the suppliers payment process and follows up to completion;?
  • Maintains excellent communication lines with customers on the service status;?
  • Ensures the preparation of the credit account openings in coordination with the Finance team;
  • Carries out all related duties that assigned by immediate supervisor/Manager.?
