Job Description
Promote the Fix-it-right the first time theme to the department
Ensure that all staff applies the fix it right concept by providing information relevant to Quality improvements
Clarify customers concerns by road testing vehicles and give report based on findings
Performs road test and clarify the concerns of the customers
Assist service advisors with explanations to customers regarding concerns and action required or takenKeep a record of all diagnosed vehicles with details of symptoms and probable countermeasures
Help in maintaining and enhancing the quality control system, processes and policy
Coordinate with all QC/Road Testers & Foreman for all vehicles that requires attention
