Individually contributes in troubleshooting and timely repair of products which are either under warranty or for servicing from the customers.

Liaise with brand / principals? service personnel on technical details
Attends customer calls and provide technical support on the relevant product
Gathers information about problems, issues and product service history
Repair or replace broken, damaged of worn parts on the timepieces
Test and replace batteries and other electronic components
Test timepiece accuracy and performance, using meters and other electronic instruments
Estimate repair costs and timepiece values
Record quantities and types of timepieces repaired, serial and model number of items, work performed, and charges for repairs.
Place orders for spares requirement
Receive and store goods in the right location
