Job Purpose:

Responsible for repair and servicing of vehicle electrical & AC technicalities, Service package repairs

Job Scope:

Responsible for no full time employees.
Deal internally with Auto Sales and Spare Parts
Deal externally with customer while on Mobile service Van, if transferred on mobile van service

Mechanical Repairs:

Responsible for diagnosing the vehicle?s problem and repair it, do test drives and check that the problem is repaired and provide assistance to junior technicians when needed.?Look for other problems that customers mention and inform the team leader or service advisor to contact customers.

Administration:

Responsible for making reports for warranty job cards and coordinating with them and make the service procedure for each and every job.?
