Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with an exciting new on-line luxury brand who is looking to hire a Senior Technical Lead to manage the operations of complex web and mobile applications.About the roleThis roles requires someone who has knowledge in designing and developing user interfaces, writing JavaScript, CSS and HTML. You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce platform and handling interaction with payment gateways and cloud providers. Working closely with the Graphic Designer and Web/Mobile development teams in building the platforms.Extensive experience in developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Java Technologies and a solid understanding of object-orientated programming is essential.About youThe successful candidate should hold a bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with no less than 5 years? experience in a similar managerial role. You must be a creative and critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You must be able to take ownership of all technical issues that may arise and provide guidance and support with a keen eye for detail.The ideal candidate will be a team player, with an umbrella of hands-on experience in building websites and applications and someone who can advise on and plan future developments for the company?s growth. Preference will be given to candidates already in Qatar.
