Planning, scheduling and delegating the task set by Sales Manager to be completed by the team.
Ensuring that the quality and quantity of work produced by the team is meeting the set Target.
Ensuring timely, accurate and complete reporting to Section Head regarding the teams operations.
To Maintain discipline within the team to ensure that every member follows Organizations code of conduct and cultural norms.
Preparing the Sales Report and Sales plan and order forecast and submit to Sales Manager - Toyota
