Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Doha, QatarKey Responsibilities:•Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil projects.•Manage and control project costs through all project phases.•Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.•Measure and value work done on-site, including progress claims and variations.•Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation.•Provide strategic advice on cost management and procurement strategies.•Support project managers with financial reporting and risk assessment.•Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal standards.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.•Minimum of 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with a strong civil project background in GCC and preferably in Qatar,•Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.•Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimating software•Must have a valid UPDA certificate.
