Our client is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Agent in retail Recovery to be responsible for managing the total MI requirements for Retail Collections & Recoveries, highlight adverse trends on portfolio, manage any Adhoc requests from Senior Management.In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in banking and Credit and Collection related experience.Quality Assurance Agent Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly provsion/write offf and reversal packEnsure that the retail/enterprise provisons are up to dateCo-ordination with QCB Unit and operations Unit for provision mattersVerifying agency invoices and preparing vouchers for Management approvalPreparing debit tickets for Credit Card post verificationManaging Account hold activitiesVerifying the balance of suspenses account and preparing the detailed report for financeMaintaning the MIS reports & relevant filesPreparation of perfomance pack on monthly basisAllocation of accounts on monthly basis for collections.Providing company performance on Companies as and when required.Assisting in the Provision Automation projectAssist in making the QCB Exclusion data and making the notice for customersQuality Assurance Agent Requirements: Flexiblility in terms of back up for the teamTeamwork and coordinationEnglish languageAnalytical skillsRequired SkillsComputer literacy with above average MS Excel skills a mustNumeric skillsRetail Product knowledge will be an advantageCritical thinkingEducationUniversity degree,Training certificate in related fieldMaster degree, 1-2 year diploma in required fieldBoth banking experience, and Credit and Collection related experience are a mustSalary 4500 QAR + Accomodation allowance + Transport allowance
