Bachelor in EngineeringShall have minimum of ten (10) years of QA/QC relevant experience (e.g. in oil & gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure and communication) in the repective functional area; shall have a minimum of two (2) years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard with the capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans; preferably be a Registered Lead Auditor with IRCA, RABQSA or equivalent; shall have specific qualifications proving expertise in the project?s predominant discipline. i.e. for piping, pipelines, mechanical works shall have Welding Inspection Qualification (CSWIP 3.1, AWS- CWI or IWE) or equivalent and have at least ASNT ?TC-1A level II or PCN level, etc. As minimum, he shall have five (5) years? experience directly relating to inspection of construction activities (e.g. in oil & gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure and communication), as relevant.TC-Global Limited is a leading international healthcare recruitment and merchandise sourcing company based in the United Kingdom.
