Job Description

OBJECTIVETo ensure this departments continuous growth and generation of revenue by making the marketing plan in line with the principal strategy and work rigorously on execution of the same on timely manner, He individually contributes at an expert level to meet set short to medium term objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First level customer/ supplier interface
  • Solves Tier 1 escalated problems within prescribed guidelines ensuring complete customer/ supplier satisfaction and contributing towards developing customer loyalty and principal retention.
  • Interface with Finance & logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries of products and collections of payments from customers and goods ordering and payments to suppliers
  • Monitors internal stock level to maintain proper supply chain.
  • Prepare yearly forecasts & budgets and draw up weekly/monthly action plans to achieve the same.
  • Work closely with all departments, especially the project team to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Prepares technical & commercial proposals & offers
  • Promotes companies products to customers on daily basis and attends to their concerns & issues.
  • Ensures proper transfer of information from clients to suppliers and vice versa.
  • Informs Suppliers of any adverse product performances to take suitable action on time.
  • Updates clients of latest product releases and other developments.
  • Develops good relationships with Logistics team & management of suppliers
  • This position does not have a management role.
  • However if & when required, mentoring/ coaching a new product specialist is needed.
