Senior Procurement ManagerJob Location : QatarKey Responsibilities:?Define and communicate the supply strategy, fostering long-term partnerships through executive-level interactions within and outside the organization.?Lead the delivery of the savings and operating cash flow program in your designated Categories, Cluster, and/or Business Unit.?Drive continuous improvement, work simplification, and the elimination of non-value-added work in strategic sourcing.?Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.?Remove organizational barriers to deliver exceptional internal and/or external customer service.?Manage and optimize the financial and budgetary requirements as required.?Evaluate challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.?Effectively engage in maintaining all external networks and continuously build alliances to enhance the businesss competitive advantage.Required Qualifications and Experience:?Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Administration.?Minimum of 12 years of total job experience, with at least 6 years of on-the-job experience and 4 years in the GCC region.?Proven track record in managing procurement teams with significant spend responsibility and handling multi-location teams.?Profound knowledge of best-in-class purchasing capabilities, risk management, and market dynamics.?Experienced negotiator with regular engagement with suppliers and collaborators.?Good understanding of best practices in integrated supply chain management with experience in other areas of the supply
