Job Description

Qualification:

  1. BSc in Engineering, MBA is preferable
  2. PMP Certification
Experience:? Should have minimum 15 years demonstrable postgraduate experience? Minimum 10 years directly related experience? Preferably, have minimum 5 years? experience in the gulf region.AND: Experience in formulating Vision, Mission, Themes, Objectives, Values
  • Experience in doing PESTLE Analysis, SWOT Analysis , Bench Marking
  • Cascade down the corporate strategy to all Affairs and departments,
  • Support in updating rolling plan and setting KPIs.
  • Coordinate with departments to finalize Half yearly Performance Reviews/ Year End performance reviews.
