Co-ordinates with team leader, implements computer data network plan for User access to main Application Software, Windows NT Server and Unix O/S
Takes a lead technical role in implementing the new project where network support is required
Provides support and expertise to network users in installation, problem identification and solution in co-ordination with the other team member
Responsible for any Hardware migration
Establishes and controls network access procedures, Internet access, VPN, TGMS and ensure that User Department obtains required service
Collects and compiles statistics on network usage, network layouts and hardware configuration details and submit to the Management
Maintains up-to-date inventory of all communication and main hardware installed from time to time
Continuously liaises and coordinates with concerned units on any operational or network changes
Responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art Computer room and peripherals
Responsible for all the remote connections to branches using MPLS or any latest technology
Prepares analytical reports on the performance of existing network and suggests means to enhance/upgrade machines efficiency
