Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with an exciting new on-line luxury brand who is looking to hire a dynamic and passionate Senior Marketing Lead to spearhead all Marketing, PR and Brand activities. Reporting directly to the deputy CEO you will be responsible for building the brand both on-line and off-line.About the roleYou will be working closely with the digital and online content teams to ensure alignment across all channels and build brand awareness to increase customer understanding of the brand. Responsibilities will include the development of online and offline media plans, monitor, review and reporting of marketing activity, building and mentoring a team, as well as carrying out special media campaigns and events. In addition, it is important that you are familiar with competitor?s offerings and the latest market trends across the region.About youIf you are a self-starter, with drive, ambition, and commitment to setting high standards; then this position is the perfect fit for you. The idea candidate should have a minimum of 5 years? experience in a related field, including digital marketing, e-commerce and the management of a brand. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and strong analytical skills are mandatory, as well as a proven track record of effecting change. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage and preference will be given to candidates already in Qatar or the UAE.
