Job Description

About the RoleThe Senior Interior Planner is rsponsible to manage the roster of the store team to maximise productivity and ensure availability of staff. You have a critical role of checking the plans for kitchens and wardrobes made by the team to minimise the errors. This leads to considerable cost savings. You will implement the daily/weekly checklist to ensure the store is run on the standard guidelines. In the absence of the Store Leader, you will take the responsibility of the Store Leader.?Key Specific Accountabilities:Budgeting, Planning and Cost Control

  • Work with the Store Leader to create the monthly store targets.?
  • Break down the store targets to daily/ weekly targets.?
Store Disciplines, SOP?s and Routines
  • Implement the daily/ weekly checklists?
  • Follow the store operating guidelines and ensure team follows the same?
Team Management
  • Manage the team rosters to maximise productivity of staff
  • Check the planning done by interior planners to minimise errors
  • Manage the roster for Fitters to maximise the number of deliveries and reduce wasted hours
Customer Service
  • Work with the interior planners and fitters to provide the best customer service.?
  • Assist the Store Leader in identifying the training needs and areas of improvement for the team in customer service.?
