Responsibilities:1. Wellhead Maintenance (WHM):Troubleshooting:Ensure constant communication in the control system.Overhauling, Calibration, and Troubleshooting:Work with globe, throttling, and self-regulating control valves.Field servicing and calibration with pneumatic devices.Calibration Tools:Use Hart communicator, Fluke loop, Temperature Calibrator, and Dead weight tester.Maintenance:Preventive and corrective maintenance of WHJ, PCV, FCV, pressure, and temperature transmitters.Installation and Troubleshooting:Handle Electrochemical H?S detectors, Infrared detectors, Flame, Heat, and Smoke detectors.2. Instrument Maintenance Support (ALR, ISND, MM, BH, NFA & NSS, Halul):Dismantling, Repairing, Overhauling, and Testing:Work on pneumatic, electronic, and smart instrumentation for various parameters (flow, pressure, level, etc.).Replacement and Maintenance:Replace and maintain instrumentation and auxiliary equipment, including cabling.Fire and Gas Systems:Maintain and repair detection and protection systems, including calibration.Troubleshooting:Perform fault-finding and repair of electronic instrumentation, PLC, and field bus systems.Routine and Non-Routine Maintenance:Assist with various maintenance tasks as directed by Qatar Energy.Shutdown Maintenance:Perform maintenance during planned and unplanned shutdowns.
