Senior Human Resources ManagerJob Location : Doha, QatarKey Responsibilities :•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.•Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring effective delivery across all HR functions.•Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain high-caliber talent.•Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.•Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.•Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.•Develop compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation frameworks.•Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee growth and engagement.•Prepare HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.•Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Qualifications :•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).•Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial HR role.•Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR practices in the GCC.•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.•Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and organizational development initiatives.Preferred :•Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR.•Experience in multinational or large local organizations in Qatar.•Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
