Job Description

Sr HSE EngineerQualification:Candidate shall be a graduate with qualification in safety.Minimum 12 years? experience, out of which at least 8 years in the with post graduate Oil & Gas industryprojects. Candidate shall have experience in HSE management system which includes:(1) Facilitation of HAZID, ENVID, JSA and Constructability reviews.(2) Development of HSE risk register, HSE procedures, reports.(3) Review of engineering deliverables related to HSE.(4) Conducting safety inspections and audits.(5) Incident investigation and reporting.(6) Preparation of safety statistics.(7) Identifying HSE training requirements.(8) Occupational health risk management.(9) Construction environmental risk management.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, comment and approve of Safety Deliverables in meeting Gate Approvals for FEED, assist in Process RES evaluation (Request for Engineering Support) and Report preparation.
  • Provide Safety technical input to EES Group conducted Specialist Studies covering requirements of IP-ENG-041.
  • For Safety specific Studies, total Study ownership from preparation of SOW to issue of final Study Dossier for implementation/FEED.
  • This include technical bids evaluation, conducting Study, review/comment and approve of Safety Deliverables in meeting Gate Approvals for FEED.
  • For other EES Specialist Engineering Studies - Electrical, Instruments, Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Rotating Machinery and Pipelines, input to SOW for Safety Deliverables.
  • Participate in all contracting activities to completion of Study and Gate Approvals for FEED.
  • RES evaluation and Report preparation (Safety specific and other)
