Responsibilities:

Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery.
Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all clients.
Design with clear ideation, through typography, color, texture, spacing, scale and outstanding use of environments.
Design with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to design for consumer experience; graphics, photography, retail and digital.
Ability to develop complex, integrated design, printing, and/or reproduction specifications.
Work collaboratively between cross-functional teams.
Articulately communicate your design intent and impact.
Creating stunning visuals which match the client brief and help to deliver amazing ROI.
Ability to manage a dynamic set of multiple work priorities, demands and changes.
Project manage design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, to budget and to a high standard.
Ability to compile and prepare graphic production budgets, schedules, and workplans.
Help to source and manage freelancers as and when required.
