Job Description

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Lead preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee resolution of issues with external auditors.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Operational Finance:
  • Support in AR/AP issue resolution.
  • Development of reports in relation to AR & AP.
  • Provide insights on cash flow, payment trends, and collections performance.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices for automation and technology integration in financial processes.
  • Support in system implementation & Migration.
