1. Design, generate BOQ and Cost estimate for CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Gate Barrier, AV systems, SMATV, PAVA systems, and structured cabling2. Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the low current systems provided by the client-consultant Raise RFIs3. Compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding4. Attend clarification meetings with a client consultant5. Technically & commercially Evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparative statements6. To meet the tough bidding time frame of clients and internal departments7. Knowledge of Project Phases, Engineering and Site Management manpower estimation concepts8. Support the sales team in pre-sales presentations with clients9. Prepare and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for the above ELV Systems
