Job Description

Job Summary:To ensure the proper management of all ERP system services to the users to sustain the business operation. Plan, designapplication/database architecture, support, maintenance, development of overall application/databases for all business applicationsincluding the SAP, SQL Server and other databases, and application servers infrastructure. Oversee, plan, and design the strategies andcoordinate with the other team member (supervisor, manager) to align it in one organization direction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to install, administer, and optimize company SAP servers and related components to achieve high performance of the various business functions supported by the servers as necessary. This includes ensuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring all new implementations, and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment.Also have sound knowledge of SAP Cloud admin Task especially Hybris and C4C.
  • Advance Level of SAP Authorization Security Knowledge. Create/Modify SAP Complex Authorization using Master and derive Roles. Sound Knowledge of Composite and Single Roles. Must have good knowledge of SAP BTP and C4C, SAP SuccessFactors Security and Authorization. Properly do administration of integration work between on premise and cloud. Installation of security certificates.
  • SAP Cloud Administration (SAP BTP, HCI, Portal,C4C) , Integration with On Premise and Cloud Systems, SAP Cloud Security, SAP Hana DB Administration.
  • Perform and ensure the backup and restoration activity and document the activities: select backup strategy, review current strategy and regular testing of backup and recovery.
  • Providing Support to Data resource management team and coordinate with other IT team member to provide thedatabase/application system for the business use.
  • Work closely with team leader to understand current project and support priorities and provide support for day to day deliverables as prioritized and requested by management.
  • Coordinate with network team and technical support team for optimizing the support service to users
