Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for managing electrical construction activities and engineering deliverables Data Center projects. The role ensures critical electrical systems are installed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and reliability requirements.Engineering & Technical Support Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submittals, MIRs, method statements, and RFIs. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and site issues. Review BOQs and support material procurement and tracking. Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation.Site Construction Execution Supervise installation of MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, busducts, cable containment, and power cabling. Oversee installation of UPS systems, generators, ATSs, PDUs, and related critical power infrastructure. Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, quality, and safety compliance. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.Quality & Commissioning Support Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct inspections. Support testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and punch-list closeout activities. Verify installation quality and readiness for handover.Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (UPDA preferred). Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, including 2+ years in data centers or mission-critical facilities. Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, Generators, switchgear, and data center infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and reviewing electrical drawings and SLDs.Preferred Experience on hyperscale data center projects (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Meta, Oracle). Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier Standards and commissioning processes.
