Job Specification & Key Accountabilities (Duties include but not limited to):

To produce contractual documents according to company procedure and ethics.
To provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts service to technical entities.
To participate in the optimization of the economic performance of the operations conducted.
Liaise with teams, manage contract processes, and communication.
Work with DUET/TRIPLET counterpart on contract dossiers and responsibilities
Validate contract strategy, negotiate bids, recommend awards.
Manage insurance for assets and personnel.
Monitor performance using KPIs, update contract tools.
Stay informed on best practices, use frame agreements.
Maintain contractor/supplier lists, conduct market studies.
Participate in strategy validation, Contracts Committee Meetings
Create CFT documents, issue tender calls, send bid invitations.
Ensure compliance with HSE, company rules, legislation.
Verify terms & conditions, establish technical contracts.
Analyze and negotiate bids, participate in RTA process.
Handle approvals, contract handovers to Partners? Entities
Assist in claims settlement, negotiations, and monitor contracts.
Adhere to HSE rules, avert immediate threats.
