Job descriptionAirswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a?Senior Contract Analyst (LNG Sales)?to work within their facilities located in?Doha, Qatar?for a long-term contract (3-years).?Job PurposeAdministers the provisions relating to payment; quantity; force majeure and notification, of the assigned LNG sales agreements as well as coordinating and monitoring implementation of all other provisions of the agreements to ensure compliance and exercise of the Companys rights.?Key Job Accountabilities :1. Develops, leads and/or maintains working procedures for implementation of the SPAs throughstructured coordination of input from the various functions and cascade of the latestprocedure version.2. Establishes and/or updates annual activities tracking calendar for each SPA to enhancemonitoring and compliance as well as to ensure capture of optionality decision milestones;coordinates accordingly with functions and Buyers.3. Responsible for the timely preparation and issuing of contractual notices including pricenotification, diversions, monthly and annual volume reconciliations.4. Develops and/or maintains controlled calculation models for SPA implementation and issuesrequired reports: SPA quantities obligations reconciliation and tracking for term SPAs, NetbackLNG pricing models as applicable, Shipping lay time calculation and Special payment provisionssuch as netback cost reconciliation credits.5. Prepares and/or verifies the issuing of LNG cargo invoices, cargo documentation andimplements template documents for new sales in the department business system.6. Provides functional review into new SPAs or spot sales confirmation notices for the MarketingDepartment. Analyzes issues arising with Buyers against SPA provisions, coordinates Companyfunctional input and recommends or proposes solution options to supervisor.7. Coordinates, prepares and documents Buyer meetings on behalf of supervisor and maintainsCustomer Issue log for assigned customer base.8. Identifies any potential or actual breaches of the Contract Agreements by either the Sellers orBuyers.9. Provides subject matter expertise in support of new LNG SPA negotiation. Leads the reviewand discussion with Buyers of issues under the SPAs and development of resolutionrecommendations.10. Oversee monthly auditing of SPA netback terminal and pipeline costs as applicable.
